Since 2014 – present The Company can not implement the AGMS considering the requirement of quorum that must be available at the AGMS based on POJK 31/POJK.04.2014 and POJK 33/POJK.04/2014 which is at least represent ½ of total number of shareholders. The obstacle is that 67.99% shares owned by Singer (Indonesia) B.V (in liquidation) were unable to attend and / or give authority to the Company’s AGMS due to the process of liquidation.
