The Company was established with the name of PTSinger Industries Indonesia Ltd., based on Deed No. 52 on July 21, 1973, as a manufacturing and trading industry of “SINGER” sewing machine.

The Company changed its name to PT Regnis Indonesia and became a public company by conducting an initial public offering based on the Decree of the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM) No. SI-021 / PM / E / 1983 on November 21, 1983, with the total of shares was 5 23,500.
