PT SINGLETERRA Tbk HAS ACQUIRED HOTEL PrimeBiz in SURABAYA

Jakarta, December 11 2017 – PT Singleterra Tbk (“Perseroan”) has acquired 99.92% shares of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri Cemerlang (“STMC”), the company that owns Hotel PrimeBiz in Gayungan, Surabaya.
Managed by Prime Plaza Management, Hotel PrimeBiz is located near the industrial area of Rungkut in Surabaya and has operated since August 21 2017. It will provide a total of 162 hotel rooms, function rooms, a coffee shop and a restaurant that will accommodate workers and company guests around that industrial area.
